The space
This house is located in a safe gated community, yet tucked away enough for privacy making it a great space for families or friends looking to enjoy Manuel Antonio!
This is a place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Manuel Antonio. This is NOT a party house.
The structure of the building is an unconventional duplex (it is not a traditional upper / lower building). Soul House is the upper house and is set back further than the Chillout House (this listing) which is the lower level house, so they are not directly stacked on top of each other.
Both homes (Chillout House and Soul House) are completely separate and each house has its own privacy. Also, both houses are our vacation rentals, so all guests follow the same rules (like quiet hours after 10:00pm) and good vibes of our property.

Guest access
You get the entire house to yourselves with your own parking spot, garden and front yard. The pool is private just for you.

Getting around
We are located within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, shops, bus stop, spa & yoga studio & a 5 minute drive to the National Park and multiple beaches!
The bus stop is just 200 meters away (about a 2 minute walk) and goes back and forth between Manuel Antonio and Quepos every 20 minutes. The costs for this busride are about 50 cents to 1 dollar. There are also taxis available going back and forth to Quepos, these will cost around 8 dollar.
If you are planning to stay within Manuel Antonio you don’t need to have a rental car, if you are planning to travel around in Costa Rica we do recommend to rent a car. Depending on your time schedule it’s also possible to travel around by public bus.
How to get here from the airport (SJO), or from another location in Costa Rica:
-We can help with a private transfer from SJO to our property or the other way around for $185 (1-4 people). This is the easiest and fastest option, the drivers knows our exact location and is willing to stop for food or some other shoppings you might need.
If you would like to book this private transfer please send us a message with your flight information and we will hook you up with the rest of the details. You won’t need your credit card to make this reservation and you will pay the driver in cash.
-If you do not want a private transfer, your other option is the public bus called Tracopa or shared shuttle service like Interbus or RideCR. This services you will need to pay in advance. Online reservation for the bus or shuttle you have to arrange by yourself. The exact location of the listing and all the information you need to check in you will receive by message.
