CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy requires guests to cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Full refund: Cancel 30+ days before check-in.
50% refund: Cancel 7–30 days before check-in.
No refund: Cancel within 7 days of check-in.

Guests: No extra guests or pets are allowed beyond the number specified in your reservation. Any additional guest must be approved and registered by us before entering the property.
Smoking: No smoking inside the facilities.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Check-Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
Payments: If there is any pending balance, please pay it or leave it at the front desk. (Kindly text us or leave a note indicating what the payment is for.)
Maintenance: Let us know if there is anything that needs to be replaced or fixed.
Travel Notice: If possible, please let us know once you have arrived safely at your next destination.
